About Me
As a family medicine physician, I provide a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. I deliver comprehensive treatment and management for a variety of chronic conditions including asthma, depression, diabetes and hypertension. I am dedicated to guiding patients to a greater standard of health and wellness.
My favorite part about working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is the collaboration that is common across various departments, allowing us to provide our patients with the best care possible. I also enjoy my role as a mentor and educator for our incoming medical students and residents.

Dr. Oppenheim-Knudsen is hands down the best physician I've ever had care for me. I have never felt rushed. I strongly feel that we are working together collaboratively to give me the best possible health while respecting my right to make my own decisions. She takes into account my personal life and financial situation. She has dramatically improved my quality of life, because she made me feel comfortable being open and honest. I've never felt ashamed or like a failure walking out of her office, and she's the first MD that didn't make me feel like that. I wish more providers approached medicine like she does.
