About Me
As a general neurologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I treat patients with a variety of neurological diseases including migraines, tremor, memory disorders and movement disorders.
Neurological diseases are complicated and can often change suddenly. Close monitoring of patients is a very important part of the care I provide.
Ohio State has many specialties with expert specialists who provide excellent care to our patients. We have a very supportive environment in the Department of Neurology.
I enjoy spending what free time I have gardening.

Dr. Lin had great bedside manner! He seemed to genuinely care about my situation. He had already looked up everything from chart, and discussed things thoroughly with me. He was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I trust his opinion. He even walked me back out to the front desk, talking and laughing with me.

Dr Lin was very prompt and took an interest in my concerns
Dr. Lin is the best doctor I've ever been treated by. He listens to my sometimes outlandish concerns and responds quickly and with respect for my concerns. He saved my life by doing a Lyme test when countless other doctors did not.
Dr. Lin always listens very carefully to my symptoms. He always asks about my other health issues. He is a wonderful doctor and treats my as a human being. He cares about my health.

He was prompt and listened to my concerns and suggested a change in medication.
Dr. Linn is very attentive and knowledgeable on my tremors and makes sure that I know that I can contact the office to inform him of any problems I may be having.

Minimal examination to assess my health issues Is pleasant
He provided good advice (and follow-up) regarding discontinuing an unnecessary drug that had been prescribed previously by a doctor who had retired.
Sometimes, I felt like he had a hard time understanding what I was saying. I wrote questions to him in MyChart and got responses that were somewhat unrelated to what I asked.
Dr Lin did not even look at the incision area which was the area I was complaining if swelling. He just ordered a very expense MRI test.

He was pretty good. I have neuropathy in my feet he checked and he set me up with an MRI for my lower back and he is now setting me up for an MRI for my head/brain scan.

I would have liked more explanation. We ruled out a serious diagnosis, but he did not make clear what my current diagnosis is, or offer any suggestions for managing it other than an adjustment to medication dosage
I was not pleased at all. Dr. Lin spent 10 minutes with me at the most and didn't want to hear anything. I had to say and then just dismissed me.

I'm not sure where I'd be without Dr. Lin. He is an amazing practitioner. I highly recommend him and have to others.
I made the comment when I left that he really gets detail about what is wrong and checks things out, but he doesn't waste your time. He asked questions and is concerned. I go to a lot of doctors and he works with you more than some do. He cares. From the minute he walks in, he is all about you. He even remembered my health condition, or read my chart before walking in. Some Dr. Don't care. He does.
