About Me
As a family medicine physician, I am passionate about the longitudinal relationships that I’m able to develop with patients and their families. My goal is to empower patients to assume control of their own health and to pursue a higher quality of living. I believe in partnering with my patients to develop individualized care plans while providing them with all the necessary knowledge and assistance needed to make good decisions regarding their well-being and care. I provide disease management and treatments for a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, diabetes and hypertension as well as preventative medicine and health promotion.
I enjoy working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center because of the focus on forward thinking, patient-centered technologies and the opportunity to teach and help influence aspiring physicians. I am passionate about teaching our medical students how to apply scientific knowledge to care.
In my free time I enjoy reading, traveling, playing tennis and the arts – especially theater, symphony and chamber music.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

Dr. KAGEORGE listened to me about my problem and my anticipated medical care. He knew exactly what was needed and explained the method for short-term course of prednisone for a Crohn's flare up.

Dr. Kageorge is the best diagnostician I have come across in my 70 years He nails it from the get go. I don't mind the extra wait because I know he'll take his time with me when it's my turn. I appreciate his humor, his knowledge and especially his ability to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. I trust him completely and I can't say that about every doc or physician's assistant I have met with in the OSU medical system.

Dr. Kageorge is someone I trust with my care - Always have a positive visit with him except for the wait time. I have never waited less than 45 minutes past my appointment time.
Dr. Kageorge always takes the time needed for his patients, and that has alwasy impressed me. He started the process that ended up with my thyroid cancer diagnosis and I'm now free for almost 2 years. He was quite late to this appointment.... But in the end, I ended up with COVID and the well visit didn't even happen.
