Much of my inpatient focus involves treating patients who are hospitalized with a critical illness or pulmonary diseases. I have an active clinical research program devoted to improving the lives of people with asthma.
I believe it is important to embrace patient care that is centered on evidence-based personalized health care. This includes individualized communication and shared decision making with each of my patients.
Patients and physicians alike benefit from the many valuable resources available at a large medical center like The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. From excellence in research, to leadership in teamwork, technology and service, Ohio State offers many opportunities to provide outstanding patient care.
When I'm not on the job, I like to catch a movie, enjoy the outdoors, play with my dog, attend Ohio State football games and travel.
