Services include:
- Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS): Samples lymph glands in the chest to diagnose cancer, infections or diseases such as sarcoidosis. EBUS is done under direct ultrasound guidance and offers minimal risk compared to a surgical procedures.
- Navigational bronchoscopy: Obtains diagnostic tissue from hard to reach peripheral lung nodules or masses.
- Cryotherapy: Removes tumors from airways by freezing them, allowing patients to breathe better.
- Rigid bronchoscopy: Involves placing a rigid tube in the airways (trachea or bronchi) under general anesthesia.
- Autofluorescence bronchoscopy: Diagnoses precancerous lesions in airways.
- Zephyr Valve Treatment: Minimally invasive device for patients with severed COPD/emphysema.
