Filing a Grievance
If you believe The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex, you can file a grievance with the Office of Institutional Equity, Patient Experience, the Section 1557 Coordinator, the Title IX Coordinator, or the ADA Coordinator. You can file a grievance in person, by mail, by phone, by email, electronically, or anonymously. If you need help filing a grievance, or have questions about Section 1557, the following offices and individuals are available to help you. Please note that if your grievance involves an OSU Physicians (OSUP) staff member, it may be referred to OSUP Human Resources for follow-up.
