I'm proud to announce that Ohio State offers the world's first center for abdominal core health. The center specializes in hernia care and also other issues you may have with your abdominal core. This is a new concept in the management of hernias in that it uses a team approach to improve your health. Also, we have access to the latest research and quality improvement programs to bring the results of cutting edge knowledge directly to you. We aim to design a care plan very specific to improving your abdominal core health. One of the things that brought me to Ohio State was the opportunity to work at this fabulous institution and be part of the community here in Columbus. It's been a lot of fun and every single day is filled with meeting people who really want to make things better in terms of not only the medical center, but the whole Ohio State community. That sense of community and the people that we work with who all really want the same thing, it's incredible.
