Majority of our patients will do well with medications alone. And when they have tried two or three seizure medication and still having seizures, that is a time we deem them as drug-resistant epilepsy or refractory epilepsy. And this is a time when I opened the discussion with them to look into more advanced surgical treatment options or neuromodulation therapy options for them. It's actually fairly common. Around 30% of our epilepsy patients may not get a full control over their seizures with the help of their medication. And this 30% of patients will need help beyond medications.
