Yes and no. Yes, because there are a number of web-based protocols that one can sign up and follow the guidelines. [Music fades] And those are empirically proven to be effective, but in clinical trials, meaning that very specific types of people were usually assigned to these therapies. So these are effective therapies for very simple cases of insomnia. When somebody has slightly more complicated issue, when there is more anxiety involved in falling or staying asleep, [Music playing] those protocols are not as effective.
