My name is Stephanie Pisano. I am one of the optometrists here at Ohio State in the Advanced Specialty Contact Lens Clinic in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. In our clinic, we use some very unique technology to fit patients with scleral lenses to have the best visual and comfort outcome possible. One of those technologies we utilize is called EyePrintPRO.

EyePrintPRO is a specialized scleral lens design that utilizes a mold from the eye to create an exact shape of the eyeball. This process is painless. It only takes two to five minutes. We apply an FDA approved mold to the eye, remove that mold, and mail it to a manufacturing company that creates a 3D design of a scleral lens. This can result in premium comfort and vision for patients that have struggled with other scleral lens designs.
