[Music playing] Mary Mosquera Cochran, RD: Medicine and science have proven that what we eat impacts our health. Research shows that anti-inflammatory diets can prevent and treat many chronic diseases like arthritis, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, bowel disease, fatty liver disease, and more. During our visit, we'll talk about your health goals, any questions you have about your eating habits as they relate to your health, and then we'll decide together on a plan to optimize outcomes for you. We may discuss foods that could be helpful to limit in your diet, but our plan will mainly focus on which foods and beverages to consume more of to help decrease inflammation. And we'll also talk about how factors like meal timing, digestion, mindful eating and enjoyment of food can have a big impact on your overall health. Together we'll decide if we need to make any adjustments in these areas. You can make a difference in your current and future health with each bite you take, so let's make it count.
