[Text on screen: 8-Week evidence-based program. Community, meditation, yoga, music] Mindfulness in Motion is an eight-week evidence-based resiliency-building program that includes community, mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga movement, and relaxing music. Results show significant decreases in stress and a 33% reduction in burnout, with high increases in resiliency and work engagement. This is good for employers and their employees. The program includes a mobile app that allows for convenient daily reinforcement with access that can be continued after the program ends. We have successfully served various high-stress populations, including busy working adults, health professionals, cancer survivors, firefighters, and college students, both nationally and internationally. If you're interested in looking into offering this, please reach out. We want to help people be there for their lives.
