[Music playing] Hari Sharma, MD: The most simple pranayama is when you breathe from one side of nostril, switch over, breathe out from the other nostril. When you breathe out, you breathe it from the same side and then switch over, breathe out like inverted U. So I close the right nostril, breathe in, then switch over, then breathe out, breathe in from the same side, switch over, breathe out. So just keep doing this for about 15 times and it's very good for calming the mind and creating a balance.
