• Conversations that Matter a virtual course with a series of learning sessions, which will introduce conversations with theoretical foundations of racism, which connects to the 21-Day Anti-Racism Challenge.
  • The course will include conversations that explores identity, power, privilege, race, racism and role of self-understanding with the objective to create anti-racist and ally individuals and environments.
  • After completing the 21-Day Anti-Racism Challenge, individuals will have the opportunity to discuss the resources through conversation questions design to highlight major themes.
  • Our discussions and conversations will be focus on race, racism and antiracism, but include a larger critical dialogue on bias, identity, intersectionality and privilege.
  • The conversations will occur on every 4th Wednesday of the month, beginning at 12 p.m. for one hour.
  • There is a registration deadline in advance of the sessions so that you will have time to complete the pre-work. Max capacity: 50 participants
