As the interim senior associate vice president for Human Resources at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Jill Hannah leads all aspects of human resources strategy, operations, engagement and well-being at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, including the Health System and College of Medicine.
Jill is responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership in the development and implementation of best-in-class human capital strategies and programs at the Wexner Medical Center. She’s accountable for the performance of the HR business partners and HR consultants within the medical center, in addition to overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, succession planning and organization development and training.
Jill has spent more than 30 years supporting HR at the medical center, including previous roles as an administrative director – HR, elevating and improving HR infrastructure and processes, and HR director for the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute. She earned a Master of Science degree in human resources from The Ohio State University.
