Coping with COVID-19: Look for the good
Holding grudges, keeping score and storing up grievances is not only as waste of time, but a waste of a life that could have been lived to greater levels of satisfaction and fullness.
If I’m counting the slights or indignities, I’m missing the opportunity to focus on a more positive life.
