Position summary

Research Recruiter (Job Opening 443894) - The Research Recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of assigned postings, identification and sourcing of candidates for all levels of positions through diversified means such as internet recruitment to include national websites eg Careerbuilder, LinkedIn and others, professional association websites and networking, managing the OSUMC website and social media, attending job fairs and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Attract, source and assess talent in conjunction with Recruiters and internal clients. Efficiently and effectively screen, interview and identify top talent for a high volume of vacancies, ranging from staff-level positions to highly specialized leadership positions.

Education and experience

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Human Resources capacity or similar experience preferred. Must have superb interpersonal skills, communication skills, and ability to work on a team, strong computer and organizational skills, outgoing personality, proven time management skills, able to work independently and travel day and overnight as needed.
