Position summary

Program Manager (Job Opening 444146) - The Graduate Program Manager will work closely with the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences' division director and faculty to develop and manage the graduate programs by implement programming, materials, policies, advising, and services to support the programs' goals and mission of the graduate programs and student services office as well as associated certifications and specializations; assist as needed with course coordination to include-course planning, forecasting, and curriculum management and mapping; assist with the management of course rosters and other functions in SIS; coordinates the processing of admission, fellowships, and recruitment while communicating important information to applicants, students, staff and faculty; serve as the liaison to faculty within graduate programs to address concerns regarding students, enrollment, course planning, and additional issues as necessary; ensure the website remains up to date with current changes within the graduate programs and communicate changes across campus and stakeholders; plan program evaluations sent out to students and alumni annually to have historical data to deliver to leadership and prospective students.

Education and experience

A Master's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; experience in program planning and administration is required; excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills; experience with standard office practices and procedures; experience with preparing written documents of a moderate to complex nature desired; Requires successful completion of a background check; qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
