Position summary

Post Doctoral Researcher (Job Opening 445496) - Post Doctoral Researcher to pursue specialized training in assessment/treatment and services research for individuals at clinical high risk for psychosis; implement SAMHSA-funded study of step-based care for individuals at clinical high risk for psychosis; enrolls and interviews study participants; conducts initial assessments with child/adult and parent informants to determine diagnoses; evaluates, interprets and compiles results of assessments; writes and prepares manuscripts, articles and research reports for publication and presentation; writes and submits grant application to obtain funding in support of research; attends assessment, provides interventions at part of step-based care.

Education and experience

PhD in psychology or equivalent required; strong interest and/or background in a clinical research capacity conducting clinical studies preferred; familiarity with early psychosis; Requires successful completion of a background check. Selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
