Position summary

Student Intern (Job Opening 443578) - The Diagnostic Division - Rhodes Hall encompasses 9 examination rooms located on the 2nd floor, Rhodes Hall; 2 examination rooms located in the Emergency Department, 1st floor, Rhodes Hall; all portable radiographic and all operative radiographic procedures. The main Rhodes Hall area, ED, portables, and OR are staffed 24 hours/day Sunday - Saturday. The CT Division encompasses 2 imaging rooms located on the 2nd floor, Doan Hall and 1 imaging room located in the Emergency Department, 1st floor, Rhodes Hall. The CT division is staffed 24 hours per day Sunday - Saturday. Interventional Radiology Division encompasses 4 imaging suites located on the 2nd floor, Rhodes Hall. The IR division is staffed 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with other hours covered on an on-call basis. The MR Division is staffed Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 11:30 pm. Hours are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday, with other hours on an on-call basis. The Stoneridge facility is located at Dublin Granville Rd. The Imaging facility operates 7:00 am -5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with extended hours in MR until 11:00 pm. Hours are 7:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The OP Imaging service at Kenny Road is located at 2050 Kenny Road. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:00am-10:00pm.with the hours student coverage is needed 4-10:00pm weekdays and 7:00 am 4:00 pm on Weekends. Position Summary The Radiology Student Intern assists the technical staff, clerical staff, physicians, patients and visitors within the Department of Radiology with patient care and transportation, clerical functions, inventory control, and environmental service activities. The Radiology Student Intern is assigned to all areas of the department including the Stoneridge.

Education and experience

Students must be enrolled in a degree-granting program that corresponds to the area of employment. May require experience operating personal computer and other office equipment; may require an Ohio Driver's license; may require work experience in the respective field; may require certification.
