Position summary

Student Intern (Job Opening 446651) - Under direction of the Support Center Manager/Supervisor provides immediate assistance and problem resolution, whenever possible, for service inquiries concerning paging, SecurID, account creation and general troubleshooting as required. The MedCenter IS Service Desk is designed to be the single point of contact for customers requesting services and/or support from MedCenter IS. The Service Desk is responsible for receiving, resolving when possible, escalating, and monitoring customer incidents, questions and requests.

Education and experience

Directly reports to the Service Desk Manager within the Department of Information Systems.
Students must be enrolled in a degree-granting program that corresponds to the area of employment. May require experience operating personal computer and other office equipment; may require an Ohio Driver's license; may require work experience in the respective field; may require certification.
