I have been a clinical educator in family medicine since coming to Ohio State in 1995. I have served as family medicine clerkship director from 1997 to the start of the LSI curriculum in 2013. I also served as a director for a college course for several years. As a new curriculum was adopted, I served on several committees and was director of integration for Understanding Patients Within Populations Ring at its inception. As I served in these roles, I was principal investigator or co-investigator on several HRSA grants that involved medical education projects. I also served as a summer externship director for our department that led to grant funding from our state organization. Currently, I serve as a lead expert educator for the LSI Part 2 curriculum and continue as co-director for our department.
Current Research Projects
I have been involved as a principal investigator or co-investigator on several HRSA grants over the years. Currently, I am helping with the community projects that are part of our departments current HRSA grants.
