Background

I attended OSU as a medical student and am so pleased to have returned to my alma mater as a practicing physician in 2017. I believe that optimal health is achieved by addressing a patient’s medical condition in the context of their mental health and social situation. I embrace a team-based approach that utilizes pharmacists, dietitians, psychologists, and care managers who are embedded in clinic and directly assist my patients in their goals to improve their health. I love family medicine and the opportunity to care for patients of all ages and multiple generations of the same family. I have a passion for residency education and serve as a core faculty member for family medicine residents, whom I supervise in the office and on their inpatient service at University Hospital East. I also enjoy the logistics of day-to-day practice and serve as the lead physician at my clinic site where I work with our office manager and staff to continuously improve our practice.
