As a family physician, the best part of my job is interacting with my patients and helping them to become the best possible versions of themselves. I believe the cornerstone of great care is an honest, mutually respectful and cooperative relationship between the patient and physician. I'm passionate about teaching patients to take the lead when it comes to their health. My patients and I work as a team to maintain their best health. There's no "one size fits all' approach to care. I manage and treat chronic illnesses including diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, thyroid disease, and anxiety. I have an interest in women's health, adolescent medicine and preventive medicine. I am also a PrEP (preexposure prophylaxis) provider to patients at high risk for contacting HIV. I love the culture of excellence and learning here at Ohio State. Buckeyes are compassionate, driven and full of team spirit. In my free time I enjoy traveling, exercising and spending time with my family.
I am a Buckeye through and through. I completed my medical degree and residency training at The Ohio State University. My passion is providing quality care to medically underserved populations. My particular areas of interest are Women's Health and Pediatrics/Adolescent Medicine. As a family physician, I strive to educate patients on how to care for their health so that they can enjoy their best life possible.
