Experience and Interests
Tonda began her career in nursing at The Ohio State University James Comprehensive Cancer Center in 2010 in hematology. After several valuable years of experience, she transitioned into a Nurse Practitioner role in 2016 joining the Department of Family and Community Medicine. Tonda is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is passionate about using education as a means of helping patients achieve optimal health and to prevent and treat disease. In her free time she enjoys exercising, spending time with her two teenage daughters, and planning the next adventure with her husband.
