Ashley Buffomante, MD Second year fellow

AshleyDr. Buffomante was born in Buffalo, NY.  She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine with her MD degree in 2013.  She continued in Internal Medicine Residency at OSU and was the Chief Resident in 2016.  She is an AOA member and enjoys cycling, reading, and travel.

Griffen Taylor George, MBBS Second year fellow

George-(1)Dr. George was born in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.  He graduated from the University of Queensland School of Medicine in Australia in 2014.  He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Miami/JFK Medical Center Palm Beach Regional GME Consortium in Atlantis, Florida.  He enjoys travel, hiking, hockey, trivia and baseball.

Philip Goldstein, MD Second year fellow

GoldsteinDr. Goldstein was born in Baltimore, MD.  He graduated from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev Faculty of Health Sciences in Israel in 2014 with his MD degree.  He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at The Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati in 2016.

Sydney Agnello, DO First year fellow

AgnelloSydney completed her undergrad in Biology at The Ohio State University. Sydney went to medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. From there, she went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at DMC Huron Valley- Sinai Hospital. 

Galyna Clous, MD First year fellow

ClousGalyna was born in the Ukraine and attended medical school at Vinnitsa National Pirogov Memorial Medical University. She then went on to complete an Internal Medicine residency with them as well. Upon moving to the United States, she completed an Internal Medicine residency at Baton Rouge General Hospital.

Michael Haden, MD First year fellow

HadenMichael completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Kansas State University. He then went to the University of Kansas, School of Medicine to obtain his medical education. From there he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Carolina/ Greenville Health System. His wife is also a fellow here in the Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine program.

Diane Orlov is a nurse practitioner in the Division of Infectious Diseases and adjunct faculty in the College of Nursing. She joined the faculty in July of 2006 after ten years of family medicine practice.

Nikki Guinther Jacobs is a nurse practitioner in the Division of Infectious Diseases. She joined the faculty in November 2016 after eight years at The James Cancer Hospital in radiation oncology.
