Description: Collecting additional data on PFT patterns in patients treated for PVFMD in relation to their asthma medication use.  Also collecting longer-term follow-up data on these patients, including ER visits and healthcare utilization patterns. This is a follow-up of initial prospective observational study investigating asthma medication use prior to and 6 months after diagnosis and treatment of Paradoxical Vocal Fold Motion Disorder.
