About Me
When a patient has an organ transplant, they’re getting another chance at life, which is only made possible because of the kindness and generosity of donor families and living organ donors. It’s an honor and a privilege to be part of the team that makes it all happen. I treat every patient as if they were one of my family members. It’s my priority that both the patient and support system understand all treatment options and that together as a team we choose the best options.
Originally from central Ohio, I like to spend my free time with my family and be active by exploring new places.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2022, Dr. Limkemann has reported no relationships with companies or entities.

My surgeon was very profroma. She did not have much bedside personality but was just going thru the steps. I did my research on her and know she is more than capable. I just didn't leave thinking "Wow, I have a great surgeon.'
I can not say enough positive comments about the provider; she was respectful, knowledgeable; she was very familiar with my situation/case; great communicator
