About Me

I believe in providing the highest quality of care with attention to value — forgoing unnecessary tests and medications where possible. I believe in a patient-centered approach that integrates the patient and family priorities and concerns to best meet needs.

I practice internal medicine and pediatrics in primary care sites, as assigned. I work exclusively with students and residents in caring for their patients, striving to best prepare our youngest physicians to improve patients' lives and our healthcare systems.

In my spare time, I enjoy time with my family, attending Ohio State football games and volunteering with Girls Scouts.

Consulting and Related Relationships

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

As of 03/28/2017, Dr. Ledford has reported no financial relationships with medical device, research and/or drug companies.
