About Me
I am a radiation oncologist with a special interest in improving prognostic, diagnostic and treatment responses in patients with head and neck cancer and prostate cancer.
I serve as an assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at The Ohio State University and as a member of the Molecular Carcinogenesis and Chemoprevention Program at the OSUCCC – James, where my research focuses on HPV negative head and neck cancer as well as the development of new selective therapy, either natural or pharmacologically created, that will improve our standard of care and broaden our treatment of recurrent/resistance disease.
In parallel, I also hope to identify molecular signatures/biomarkers that are predictive of treatment outcomes and would enable personalized health care that is effective and less toxic.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
