I was very impressed with her and happy to have her as my primary care physician. This was my first appointment after my former doctor left the system. I hated changing doctors but Dr. Ruff was beyond my expectataions. I have already recommended her to a few friends.

I appreciated Dr. Ruff explaining why my wait time was longer than usual!

Dr. Ruff is always so compassionate about the care that she provides. She listens to my concerns and provides the necessary solutions. I have always enjoyed every visit with her and I will continue to see her as my PCP.

The appointment was scheduled at 2:20 and only at 3:20 the provider came to see me. I stayed a long time waiting for her in the room, and because I have a 4 months old baby and need to nurse her, I asked the nurse how long should I wait for the doctor and she didn't know the answer. Because I am having some depression and am breastfeeding, the provider seem not to know how recommending a medicine as I was not planning to stop breastfeeding. As I could not wait more to nurse my baby, I left the appointment. Dr. Ruff said she would send a medicine prescription through my chart and did not do until today. Because I did not get the help I need, I schedule a appointment with another provider. I am very disappointed with that provider. it's a very expensive health plan to get that kind of treatment to their patients. Awful!
