About Me

I’m a nurse practitioner who specializes in treating multiple myeloma patients. I’ve been at OSUCCC – James since 2016 and love working at an academic teaching hospital. I am passionate about my career in the Division of Hematology because unfortunately my father suffered from acute myeloid leukemia, also known as AML. Due to my personal experience with cancer, I empathize even more with my patients and their families about what they’re going through.

At The James, every patient receives top-notch care by a multidisciplinary team that is comprised of physicians (often from multiple specialties), advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists and social workers. And because the OSUCCC – James is also a research institute, we have many patients who participate in research through clinical trials as part of their treatment.

In addition to my employment at The James, I earned my doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Nursing and run a nonprofit dog rescue based out of Dublin.
