About Me
I’m an oncologist specializing in the management of gynecologic malignancies, which can include surgery, chemotherapy, surveillance and survivorship care. In addition to minimally invasive surgery, I perform radical tumor reduction surgery and enroll patients in clinical trials when appropriate. I received my medical training from the University of California in San Francisco and I completed a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
My research has been published in numerous journals, including Gynecologic Oncology, JAMA Oncology and the Journal of Clinical Oncology. In addition, I serve as a member in the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists and as an assistant professor at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
The resources at the OSUCCC – James help create multidisciplinary treatments through access to cutting-edge technology and innovative clinical trials and research. The James also allows experienced medical professionals to work together to create individualized treatment plans that give patients the best possible outcomes. My goal is to provide high-quality, evidence-based care that is tailored to meet each patient’s specific needs, and The James is an ideal place to do so.
