I am a medical oncologist who specializes in treating breast cancer. I treat patients in all stages of disease.

My research interests include a special focus on the development of symptom-intervention clinical trials designed to address the diverse needs of the breast cancer survivor population. I am especially interested in symptom and quality of life issues unique to young adult and metastatic breast cancer patients.

I am also actively exploring the role of next generation sequencing in predicting therapy-related symptoms, such as aromatase inhibitor-induced arthralgias, and the impact of sequencing on treatment decisions. My collaborative research efforts to date have resulted in multiple publications and presentations at national and international meetings.

I am actively involved in the Breast Cancer Survivorship Program at the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center.

Industry Relationships

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

As of 03/25/2016, Dr. Reinbolt has reported no financial relationships with medical device, research and/or drug companies.
