I serve as Associate Professor in OSU’s Department of Internal Medicine. I’m also the James Medical Director of Clinical Informatics, a Utilization Management physician advisor and associate quality director at The James.
Research is important to understanding cancer at the biologic and genetic levels. I participate in grant-funded studies to research and develop advanced therapies for myeloproliferative disorder and other blood cancers. My findings have been published in several medical journals including, Blood, American Journal of Hematology and Cancer Research.
I’m an active member of several professional societies, including American Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation, American Society of Hematology and American Society of Clinical Oncology. I also serve on two national leukemia panels.

News about me
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 03/25/2016, Dr. Klisovic has reported financial relationships with the medical device, research and/or drug companies listed below. If you have questions about the relationships listed below, please ask the faculty member. If you have questions about how these relationships are monitored by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, please contact our Compliance Office at 614-293-7802.
