Group Exercise Coordinator & Fitness Instructor
Background: I have 14 years experience in the health and fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and fitness specialist. I enjoy helping my clients and team members feel competent and successful while providing accountability, safety and effectiveness to their health programs. I believe a body in motion will stay in motion. My hope is to help our members find joy in movement, activity and social interaction through physical fitness, group exercise and programming. I enjoy teaching cycle, step, body pump, kick boxing, boot camp, HIIT and yoga classes.
Hobbies: I enjoy reading, watching movies, running, group exercise and traveling.
