Group Exercise Coordinator & Fitness Instructor

thomasEducation: Bachelor of Science in exercise science from The Ohio State University, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified exercise physiologist, Athletic and Fitness Association of American (AFAA) primary group exercise certified, Yoga 200 certified and HardStyle Kettle Bell (HKB) certified.

Background: I have 14 years experience in the health and fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and fitness specialist. I enjoy helping my clients and team members feel competent and successful while providing accountability, safety and effectiveness to their health programs. I believe a body in motion will stay in motion. My hope is to help our members find joy in movement, activity and social interaction through physical fitness, group exercise and programming. I enjoy teaching cycle, step, body pump, kick boxing, boot camp, HIIT and yoga classes.

Hobbies: I enjoy reading, watching movies, running, group exercise and traveling.
