Background: Charlie’s interest in fitness and exercise began in high school with the conditioning/workouts associated with the sports he played.  After Charlie’s studies in college and working in the fitness field he developed an even greater passion for the human body and the effects of exercise on it. No two bodies are exactly the same and everyone seems to have a unique perspective in which they need to approach their workout plan. Charlie loves being able to meet new people and assist them with reaching whatever their wellness goals may entail.  “Your health is your wealth”
