Approach: I have a strong desire for helping individuals who want to make their wellness visions become a reality. My goal is to encourage and motivate others to reach their full potential with one-on-one attention, whether that's in a partner session or group setting. I want my clients to feel empowered to incorporate physical activity into their own daily lives. I have experience with personal/partner training, high intensity small group training and corporate wellness programming.
Hobbies: I like to stay active by running outside and keeping up with my own personal fitness routine. I'm in my "happy place" when I'm around my friends and family or while enjoying a nice cup of coffee.
