Masters Swim program

The swim program is a progressive adult aquatic program, open to swimmers with a basic knowledge of freestyle stroke and the ability to swim 350 yards. We are committed to providing a positive fitness experience through a fun, educational and challenging swim program.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.
$160 for four week class

Additional services offered include: 

  • Triathlon-specific training
  • Individual swim lessons
  • Partner swim lessons

Safe Splash

At SafeSplash, we understand...swimming is a life skill®. Giving your child the opportunity to learn from passionate instructors that provide individual attention in the best facilities, sets them up for an outstanding experience. That is the SafeSplash Way®.

At SafeSplash Columbus, we know that the life skill of swimming can also turn into a passion. Our coaches are highly experienced and professional, thanks to the guidance of the Ohio State Head Swim Coach, Bill Wadley. He and his team are driven to provide each swimmer with the highest quality swim instruction. With Coach Wadley’s 32 years of coaching experience and SafeSplash’s record of teaching over three million lessons, your swimmer is bound to excel through our technique based coaches clinics.
  • Classes are once a week for 30 minutes; Levels one through eight are offered
  • Classes have a maximum of four swimmers to one instructor for group classes
  • Special needs classes available as a private or semi-private
  • Classes are billed monthly
  • Classes run continuously. There are no sessions, so you don't have to re-enroll every month
  • Register for two or more classes per week and receive a 10% discount

Yoga Teacher Training (RYS 200)

Are you ready to take the next step on your yoga journey? Whether you want to deepen your personal yoga practice or begin teaching to share the joy, this program will provide the tools you need to connect with yoga on another level. The Healthy Mind, Body, Soul Yoga Teacher Training follows Yoga Alliance's standards- in other words, it's a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Students who complete the program will be eligible to become Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs) with Yoga Alliance.

Massage

Every Body deserves a massage
Improve your wellbeing and treat health-related needs with our licensed massage therapist. Trained in a variety of techniques, they can provide personalized treatment.

Massage has been shown to decrease:

  • Muscle tension, stiffness and fatigue
  • Headaches and TMJ pain
  • Digestive disorders
  • Anxiety and Depression

Massage has been shown to increase:

  • Range of motion
  • Soft tissue function
  • Overall exercise performance

We offer Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage.
