25 screenings, 45 educational booths, 16 fun activities, 1,000 hot dogs and ears of corn, more than 3,500 people served over 17 years. $0 cost to you. Join us.

Mark your calendar and tell your friends and family. Ohio State's 17th annual Community Health Day is Saturday, June 24, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at CarePoint East.

Every year, the Wexner Medical Center's team of doctors, residents, and medical and nursing students, along with faculty and staff from Ohio State's College of Dentistry, come together for Community Health Day to deliver free health screenings and services.

But it's not all stethoscopes and tongue depressors. We'll have fun activities, a live band and dancers (you included, if the music moves you) as well as free turkey hot dogs, ears of corn, and fresh fruit.

And if you have questions about federal programs that offer assistance with medical payments, experts will be on hand to give you the help you need.

Come to Community Health Day and get a jump-start on the journey to better health! And be sure to spread the news by sharing our flier.
