scottgalsterimg2x cropped 460Dr. Scott Galster is the Lead of Outreach and Collaboration Program of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. He has a PhD in Applied Experimental Psychology and is an adjunct professor in the Department of Neuroscience and the College of Engineering, Biomedical Engineering Department at The Ohio State University.

Dr. Galster is also the founder of the Sense-Assess-Augment paradigm to sense operator state, that state in relation to performance, and then provide personalized changes to secure mission success.
