Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship

The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship is a two-year program with two fellowship positions each year. The fellowship trains child and adolescent psychiatrists to meet the needs of youth and families. Read details about eligibility and applying.

Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship

The fellowship runs from July to July every one year. We will accept applications for the 2018-2019 fellowship program beginning April 1, 2017.

Candidates must be board-eligible and obtain an unrestricted Ohio medical license. To apply, please send a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, two writing samples and three letters of recommendation, including one from your residency training director to:

Psychosomatic Medicine Fellowship

Application to the Psychosomatic Medicine Fellowship is done through the Common Application and the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP Match).

If you are invited to interview, you are responsible for its scheduling. Interviews are generally conducted on Mondays and Fridays. On interview day, which will last from approximately 8 a.m. until early afternoon, you will meet with various faculty members and the program director and receive a tour of our psychiatric facilities. Depending on the hotel, we may provide transportation.

Psychosocial Oncology Fellowship

Applicants must have a doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology, an American Psychological Association-approved clinical internship, interest and experience working in a medical setting.

The fellowship begins July to September every two years. The next runs from 2017 to 2019. Applications will be accepted through January 15 the year prior to the July-September start date or until the position is filled.

Pain Medicine Fellowship Application

Applicants must successfully complete a four-year accredited residency program in one of these specialties:

  • Anesthesiology
  • Neurology
  • Psychiatry
  • Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

The class of 2016-2017 has been filled. We will accept applications for the 2017-2018 fellowship program beginning January 1, 2016, through the Electronic Resident Application System (ERAS). The deadline for applications is May 31, 2016.

Sleep Medicine Fellowship

To be eligible for the Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program, you must:

  • Be an MD or DO
  • Be eligible for an Ohio training certificate or permanent medical license
  • Have three letters of recommendation
  • Have successfully completed an ACGME-accredited residency in Neurology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Otolaryngology or Family Medicine by the time of entry into the program
  • Hold U.S. citizenship, permanent residency or J-1 Visa (We no longer sponsor H-1B visas.)
