Melanie E. Swan MBA, OTR/L

Interim Director

Melanie E. Swan is the Interim Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation services for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She oversees program development, CARF accreditation, and outcomes at Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital and assists with inpatient rehabilitation operations at University Hospital, Brain & Spine Hospital, Ross Heart Hospital, and the James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute.


Todd Blind, BS, CTRS

Rehabilitation Manager

Todd Blind is the Manger for Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He oversees the CARF Accredited Spinal Cord Specialty Program, CARF Accredited Cancer Rehabilitation Specialty Program, General Rehabilitation Program and Inpatient Psychiatry Recreational Therapy at Harding Hospital. 


Meredith Banhos, PT, DPT, NCS

Team Lead, Physical Therapist

In addition to patient care, Dr. Banhos is the physical therapy Team Lead for Education and Evidence Based Practice at OSU’s Dodd Rehabilitation and Acute Care settings. She graduated as the 2012 Physical Therapy Neurologic Resident at Ohio State, and is now a Board Certified Specialist in Neurologic PT.


Kelly Dudley, MS, CCC/SLP

Clinical Coordinator, Speech Therapist

Kelly Dudley is the clinical coordinator of Speech Language Pathology Services at Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital. She is responsible for ensuring the speech language pathologists have the clinical competencies necessary to provide the most current and effective evidence-based therapy to patients.  She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  She is also certified in Vital Stim and the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol.  


Dave Haley, PT, DPT, NCS

Clinical Coordinator, Physical Therapist

Dr. Haley primarily works with patients on the vascular, oncology and general medicine services and has been a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy since 2014. Dave has been an APTA member since for the entirety of his career. He remains active in the various community activities advocating for patients and the profession. 


Jodi Jones, MOT, OTR/L

Clinical Coordinator, Occupational Therapist

Jodi Jones works primarily with patients on the vascular, oncology, and general rehabilitation services. She particularly enjoys working with patients with visual-perceptual deficits following brain injury in our Neurovision Clinic.  Jodi co-presented at the OSU-sponsored Stroke conference on visual-perceptual assessments and interventions that benefit patients post-injury.
