Experience and Interests
Erin grew up in Cincinnati and has enjoyed living in Columbus since 2015. Given her lifelong interest in sports and recreation and prior experience with personal training, Erin is passionate about health and wellness programming for patients with neurologic injuries and disorders. She is a Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!)-certified therapist and instructor and utilizes the principles of functional medicine and high-intensity training with patients of varying acuity and neurologic diagnoses, such as Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury.
She recently conducted research on graded exercise testing and return to activity protocol for wheelchair athletes after concussion. Since completing Ohio State’s neurologic physical therapy residency in September 2019, Erin now works at various Ohio State outpatient clinics treating patients with neurologic conditions.
