Experience and Interests

Brandie joined the Ohio State Outpatient Rehab team in 2011, working in the Powell, Gahanna and Hilliard satellite locations. She specializes in treating patients with acquired neurological conditions such as stroke and traumatic brain injury, as well as the management of progressive neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. She is certified in LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) and trained in SPEAK OUT!, both for the treatment of speech, voice and communication changes in Parkinson’s disease. She participates in a variety of community events for the PD population. Brandie enjoys working with patients to personalize their treatment plan and goals while increasing independence in the areas of cognition, communication and swallowing.
