Ashley began her career in 2019 for Carle Sports Medicine working as a clinical and high school athletic trainer. She was the athletic trainer for Notre Dame de La Salette while finishing her master's degree at Eastern Illinois. She then transitioned to Urbana High School for a year before moving to Ohio in 2021.
