Nwando Olayiwola is an international leader in harnessing technology and advancing novel innovations to improve quality and increase access to care for the most underserved and disenfranchised. Her research focuses on health disparities & equity, social determinants of health, practice transformation, health information technology and primary care redesign. She founded the National Center for Primary Care Innovation and Transformation at The Ohio State University. She came to Ohio State from the University of California, San Francisco, where she was Director of the Center for Excellence in Primary Care. Dr. Olayiwola She received her MD from The Ohio State University and her MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health.
