Superior performance. High quality. Safe. Efficient. Patient Centered.
The Wexner Medical Center is the Midwest’s highest ranked hospital for safety and patient care. This is exactly what you want in a hospital. Safety first. This doesn’t happen by accident.
U.S.News & World Report
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center has led the region for 23 years by U.S.News & World Report's "America's Best Hospitals" rankings. This is just one of the many accolades that recognize our superior patient care, quality, outcomes and patient safety.
The Most 'Best Doctors in America'

HIMSS Stage 7 Award
We've received the highest award from HIMSS Analytics, which tracks hospitals' progress on the Electronic Medical Records Adoption Model. We're the first in Ohio to achieve this advanced level, which allows us to provide more efficient, effective and better coordinated care to our patients.
An NCI-designated Cancer Program
