When you have an illness or injury that can’t wait, Ohio State provides urgent care options to connect you with the exact care you need, when you need it.
-
Urgent Care Walk-in urgent care for minor to serious, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Visits are billed at a primary care rate.
-
Advanced Urgent Care An advanced level of walk-in urgent care and diagnostics led by emergency medicine physicians. Treats minor to serious non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Provides expertise of a hospital emergency department but with shorter wait times and at a lower cost. Visits are billed at a specialist rate, not at an urgent care rate.
