You will receive one bill for services received at Ohio State, which will include both physician and facility fees.
Your insurance may require that you meet an annual deductible and/or require that you pay a percentage of the bill rather than just an office visit co-payment. If you have any questions about your coverage, contact your insurance provider directly.
